Guy Betsy--one question for you. When I select a seat online and the seat next door is blocked it looks to me (as a Gold member) just like any other seat that has been taken. How would I (or any other premium FT) know that the seat was really available to me? (Not that I would want to spoil anyone else's plans but if the only decent seat left is the middle seat in an exit row I would certainly try to get it!)
