I'm usually not annoyed from noise, but still for this hotel I strongly recommend to bring with yourself a couple of earplugs. Walls are so thin that you can hear everything.

Cheers.
As frank_10b suggested when we met, the only way to overcome this very unusual, in places I have been to, and, as a matter of fact, non-existent sound insulation, is to get to bed early and wake up early...plus EAR PLUGS

We only had some piece and quite when there was noone to the left, right or above our room...it is that bad!

Among other things, breakfast is mediocre, we really liked hotel staff that we met, they were always there willing to help when we needed something and because of the location of the hotel, we decided to get ourselves organised by having our own transport (rental)...although hotel seems decent from the outside, inside is another story...won't repeat the comment already made, but beside unclean interior, our overhead unit for heating and AC was broken, as was the fridge, but shower worked great and bathroom was cleaned every day.

Overall, we would probably not go back to Pineta Palace again, unless they ADVERTISE their amazing fare at another point in time, but in reality I would say it is an average type of hotel for Italian market...and what really kept me sane, while listening to other people snoring or having sex, and this is really honest from the bottom of my heart, when in ROME, accommodation should be last on your list of priorities...there is so much to see, explore, do!
