I stayed in a suite a Dukes and thought they had put me in the wrong accommodation as it was so small. Sure, it is 'cute' but if you value your shins, then avoid all that furniture, crammed into a small space, that you are guaranteed to bump into. There are much better options...much.
of course there are options ....dunno about much ..for me....Dukes has a hideaway feel to it that gives it an edge over the others .,....and with their renovation it has certainly been given a lift.
i did not stay in a suite but a dukes room post reno and yes its small but felt very much at ease and that every thing was well placed.
even in large rooms one can bump into furniture if not well placed ...
i dunno ..for me i fancy Dukes in London and Lowell In New York .....for the x factor in the respective city ....
