As others have said in several ways, no way...
You could research how you could use other programs to "sheep-dip" your miles through - e.g. AS to xxx to yyy to AA - but I suspect the cost and losses of doing that would make such a transfer prohibitive. You'd have to do the research work to prove or disprove this, but cursorily checking the
AS Mileage Plan pages seem to indicate you can not transfer MP miles to
any other program.
Even when transfers are possible, very few transfers do not incur massive losses in the exchange process - one notable exception is that those with Starwood points can even get a bonus transferring Starwood points to AA for miles. The only way I was able to do what you seek was the one-time option that occurred when AA subsumed TW and over 500,000 Aviators miles became AAdvantage miles, and I suddenly became Gold for life.
One more issue for the future is that it is said by reliable people that some at AA would like to do away with this lifetime status for anywhere miles - it hasn't happened yet to my knowledge, but some do believe it is inevitable. As an undocumented benefit, they could halt the program literally overnight.
My recommendation is to study the Alaska Mileage Plan, study AS MP on our sister site
www.WebFlyer.com, and use the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Forum here on FlyerTalk to make the most of your AS MP miles and travel and not worry about water that has gone under the bridge.
