I have just booked a business class ticket on CX from BKK-NRT, with a connection in HKG.

Since I have never been to Hong Kong, I would like to have a window seat that will provide me with the best view landing in HKG. I am flying on the A340-300 with the new lie flat seats in C class, so I would also like to know if any particular rows offer better views than others, although I imagine they are the same.

Also, which side should have a better view leaving HKG? From HKG to NRT I am on a 777-300.

I would greatly appreciate advice on which seats to pick to get the best view. I wish I had time to stay in HK for a while, but even for this short layover, I would like to see nice views out the window if possible.
