The Carlton Tower is plush, especially the spa / pool and the Rib Room restaurant. The Lowndes (30 secs away) is a modest boutique property with small public areas, which is only recommendable because it was fully refurbed a couple of years ago and you get free run of the Carlton Tower, inc the spa and cross-charging in the restaurants (TBC) as well. Jumeirah also does good promotions, more so than most luxury groups.
