I'll get $1 per mile using the AS Visa no matter where I do my grocery shopping. Using it at Safeway gave a boost to those miles. Safeway is also one of the closest options for me. There is a local grocer (Basha's) which is equidistant but their prices are about the same and the selection is much better at Safeway. When it's 115F distance is important when you're trying to get frozen food home before it defrosts!
