For the last ten years, I have interpreted in bankruptcy court about once a week, and have never heard the issue of FF miles come up. Also, in the pre trial conference, I have never had the lawyer ask my client about miles. Since the AA miles can not be sold, what could the trustee do with them if the subject ever came up?
AA will transfer miles if ordered to do so by a court. This normally comes up in divorce court, though, not in bankruptcy court.
