It certainly is doable. We open the counters at 1:30pm here at MCO. All flights can check in that time, regardless of departure time.

Also, we have a valet check-in location at Downtown Disney in front of Cirque du Soleil. That counter is open from 8:30am to 1:00pm daily. There is a $10/pax fee for pax that did not book through Virgin Holidays. At this location you can check-in your bags and get your boarding passes. Extra leg room and upgrades can also be purchased at this location.
