Web services can reset your password and that number is toll free. I don't know why you would have to call a "paid one" unless you are calling from outside the US.
I've no idea, why I was given the paid number by AA agent on the phone, but the point is, that they did not transfer my call to the right department, but gave this paid number and told me I have to call this number
Cache, cookies, even try to retrieve my travel without AAdvantage number - nothing helps. Cannot even see (error), if my travel is still there
Looks like I have to call Exp Desk.
