In most major airports where a lot of high-revenue pax fly through, the airline has a VIP club. Sometimes it is open to the "general public" but just "secret," like the United Transcontinental Lounges (for Revenue First Class on premium transcons. Any Revenue First Class pax can get it, but it isn't marketed and a lot of revenue FC pax don't know about it). But many others are exclusive for "VIPs"...CEOs and executives from companies that do a lot of business with the airline, even the rare celebrity, etc.
