Thanks for the diving feedback, everyone. I agree - liveaboards are definitely more convenient and have access to dive spots day boats just can't reach. The one rub is my traveling companion worked on a liveaboard for the past 10 years and just recently got off of it, so I don't think I'll have much luck getting him back on a boat for an overnight, and I may not even be able to talk him into a day trip.

I will push for a 3 night liveaboard and 6 nights at the JWM - and see where that gets me.

So - I'm still interested in feedback on the JWM for the 6 nights if anyone has any. Thanks!
