You say that you've been "tracking this flight the last several days and it's been consistently late". I don't know where you are getting your information from but here are the correct departure times for the last couple of weeks.

January 23 (today): 3 minutes early
January 22 (yesterday): 8 minutes early and then a mechanical problem after pushback resulting in a new departure time of 1:46 late.
January 21: 4 minutes early
January 20: 1 minute early
January 19: 2 minutes early
January 18: 5 minutes early
January 17: 8 minutes late
January 16: 5 minutes early
January 15: 6 minutes early
January 14: 2 minutes early
January 13: 1 minute early
January 12: 1 minute late
January 11: 1 minute early
January 10: exactly on time

So other than the flight on the 22nd which pushed back 8 minutes early and then had a mechanical problem which caused a 1:46 minute delay, I would say the on-time performance is pretty darn good.
