PH Zurich has truly been fantastic both times I've stayed but (there's always a "but") if you have any problems with smoke, you might think twice about staying here. During my last stay over New Years, the entire downstairs/lobby area was filled with a thick cloud of smoke - the hotel is not smoke free and the smoke escaping from the lounge seems to be everywhere.
