Yes, your wife will have access to BA's Galleries First (or the CX First Class lounge or AA Flagship Lounge) by virtue of the F BP - keep a hold of the stub to show the lounge dragons.

Not sure whether the AA Flagship Lounge has reopened after the refurb, but the best lounge to visit would be BA's new Galleries First.
