Obviously a frustrating wild goose chase. It would appear that those of us who ordered through the old website haven't had our points credited to our accounts yet, while those who ordered through the new have.
My points from my phone call on Thursday haven't materialised. I called Clubcard again. Apparently nothng was noted in my file about having called or the points owing! Asked me if I remember if it was a welsh or scottish accent I spoke to. I told him his name and he didn't know it.

He transferred me to Tesco Entertainment. They originally gave me some spiel about points get transferred over at certain times but backed down when I told him I'd made 3 transactions and it was the very first which hadn't transferred across. He couldn't help me so transferred me to some one who could.....

This person answered the phone TE, but it turned out he did both. Agreed with me that points were missing and would add them to the account - should see them in 24hrs and just in time as the cut off is the 24th ie purchases and points must be added by the 24th to be counted for this period.

Its nearly 4.30pm and the clubcard helpline shuts at 5 on a Saturday and not open on Sunday so good luck to anyone trying to get there accounts sorted!
