I love the Airbus headrests - they move up and down wonderfully (except G-BUS* with the disco lights and clipped on headrests.
I've seen a few people take the headrest right off while trying to raise it, and holding it with a shocked and embarrassed look ("OMG I've broken an aeroplane!"). The wonderful cabin crew smiled and put it back in on every occasion.
The passengers' expression made me giggle.
