In theory, yes. Many airlines publish their fares through a company called ATPCO (Airline Tariff Publishing Company) who have tools allowing their clients to examine published fare history in markets. Whether such a tool is available to the general public, like the Expert Flyer tool for GDS information, at a cost that is not prohibitive, I do not know.
