That's when Australia is in Daylight Saving Time. The Australian departure & arrival times move the hour - the Singapore times are static.

Apart from the hour due to daylight saving - they often move things by 10-15 minutes as well.

So in summer - 228 leaves at 17:00 (as it is at the moment) - in winter 15:45
