I stayed last week. Luckly I got a room, it was told they got full with group. I booked a hotel car, one staff was waiting for me at the hotel door when I arrived, registered me in the room. The service is very good. Better than other Hyatt in China. I prefer to to stay in the Executive floor, but was told not opened. Hope to open soon...
