If there is no way around it, I think I will stick to my current DBS Black and Citi Premier card combinations for now.
SCB AMex always has to attached with another normal card as they say their AMEX has no ATM function. I think you can call them and ask if you can have Visa instead of Master though (which is their previous option)

DBS Black Online Bill payment earns standard points (1 HKD 1 pt / 12 HKD / mile)
Technically you can pay other CC bill with it, but it is consider as
overdraft instead of normal transaction and interest will be billed at the same time
