FQTV is the FF mileage programme. FQTS is the FF service request. You can find the fields under Manage My Booking (called Frequent Flyer and Service Requests) for an existing CX booking. Your TA normally enters the information for you.
I can't see anything like FQTS or FQTV in "Manage your trip" --> "Manage my Booking" --> it takes me to reservation details of each passenger. There are options like
"My Details, Service Requests, At the Airport, On Board, TravelHelp, Seat,Special Meal, Special Services". In Details, I can see and edit "Asia Miles", other than that I dont see anything.
