Seat 3A isn't so bad if you like talking to FAs and if the FA on the flight likes talking to passengers. If the FA is cute, all the better.
Seat 14D in the last row (it goes A-D-B-C across the row) has the most leg room because you can stretch your legs out in the aisle. It's also fairly quiet back there. The downside is it's the only middle seat on the plane, and in the back row you tend to notice yaw a little more on turbulent days.
