I have no idea why, but RDU is always just one of those uber expensive destinations serviced by a crappy CRJ.

She could also try via BUF or even through USAir via CLT or PHX. Sometimes I have seen cheaper fares though there

Is she doing RDU for business, or pleasure? Enough for Elite?
