Seat map for business shows row 19 & 20 and in a 2 x 2 x 2 arrangement which is only available in the retrofitted 77A config.
So Melbourne has gone from not being on the list to the next destination to get the 77A retrofit And SQ238 has gone from the worst flight in Australia with the regional layout and often the non-AVOD system to the flagship plane of the SQ fleet.
Luckily SQ227 leaving Singapore at 9pm is still the A380.
So SQ227 arriving at 06:20 (non DST) leaves as SQ238 at 10:10
and SQ237 arriving at 08:55 (non DST) leaves as SQ228 at 15:45
This should make SQ238 more on time as often SQ237 arrived late and with the hour turnaround getting everyone off - cleaned and loaded was a major effort. Makes much better use of the A380 as well.
