Yes I read the UK Border agency part on their website and I thank you for your suggestion for keeping a print out of the same to show the officer in the case there is a need for the same.

The only problem that I am facing is that the Airline here says consult the Visa Counsalate on the issue; while the Visa Consulate wrote in -

"If the applicant is changing the Airport, terminal or an overnight stay or if the connecting flight is more than 24 hours, and then he/she needs a Visitor in transit visa. "

Now am confused on the site it says something - I uderstand would require a Visa if I was transfering Aiports like maybe Gatwick or Stanstead... but for a terminal 4 to 3 transfer getting a visa seems to be too hasslesome.

I guess if this doesnt get cleared I will have to book another ticket avoiding LHR
