The 50k medical transportation does not get reduced until the confirmation (after purchase) is sent to the policy holder. Until that time there is no indication that "medical Repatriation" is not covered under medical transportation but is subject to a separate limit. here is the confirmation

For Emergency Medical and Dental Benefits, a one-time $50.00 deductible per person applies to
outpatient visits.
