Thanks, again, for more replies and tips on what to do - just in case the flight to DEN from LAX is delayed. I thought I would ask all the questions now so I would be prepared and know what to do - as a contingency. I hated to leave things till the last minutes.

I do hope that we would have a smooth connection from DEN to OMA. I have not been to Omaha before, and wanted to arrive in reasonable time for orientation for the annual meeting. I think there will be a lot of shareholders at the meeting this year (more than 35,000) - particularly Warren Buffett has split Berkshire B shares into 1:50 for the Burlington shareholders! I have seen the photos on the internet and the lines / queues were worse than waiting for Disneyland rides.

PS - I drive in Australia, but will not be game enough to drive in the US, so that option is out for us.
