Long time lurker, first post.

My elderly aunt/uncle are arriving on an AC flight into terminal A of EWR from YYZ tomorrow evening. My uncle walks with a walker and they will have 1 or 2 carry ons. I'd like to meet them at their gate to help them with their carry-on bags and direct them.

I'm plat on CO but don't have PC access, so no gate pass for me.

- Is my only option a refundable ticket?
- Which CO flight should I book to ensure it'll be out of Terminal A on friday night?
- Is it safe to assume that any Y fare is fully refundable (inclusive of all taxes/fees)?
- How long for a refund?
