Yes, there is no car service (that comes with the first class ticket, because the website said that there would be car service but didn't particularly specify which leg) provided to pick us up to the JFK airport, so that's why I had to comment on in comparison on the service that they provided at IST. We will be posting the IST to JFK because you will see the contrast.
