Yes, first class passengers are entitled to one guest each regardless of status. Usually the guest has to be on the same flight as you are (which in your case is not a problem), but this is not always enforced.
Note: DON'T let those lounge people fob you off that you had to be on the same flight and once you have been scanned in you can go in/out at your leisure without having to be accompanied by the person who guested you in.
