If they can get a business traveller who flies 20-30 segments per year to switch from AC (or Porter) to WJ, they have more than made up for the lost revenue.
Besides, I'm betting that only a handful of seats per flight are being sold at $29. Once those seats are sold, WJ will sell the rest at normal price.
