As far as I know, if it's AF coded then it earns on Flying blue.

However, I would not say "only €680 if that is a non flexible RIX-SXB-RIX economy ticket (I assume so if you assume that it's less than 100% on the miles) with two connections. I could find fares cheaper than that (€250€-€450) for every day I tried from tomorrow to months ahead with one connection @FRA (either LH alone or BT+LH).
