Or if they change the flight.. you get to deal with Expedia.... and if you think the DL phone lines are bad, wait until you try them. The fact that Delta won't take "ownership" until AFTER the first flight is why I won't book with agencies unless I have no other choice (like the flight series that had both DL and AA on one ticket)
