Yes, most certainly. Additionally, if you are not a Gold, Platinum, or Diamond Medallion you will need to pay the "Direct Ticketing Fee" for an airport counter transaction.
That fee does not apply to reissues, only original tickets. I also vote for online, I would also do it ASAP as availability can change and you can end up paying more than just the change fee....
