perhaps i'm a grouchy old man [as my tag line admits] but i suggest that when does their 1st post [often looking for low fares imho]. the 1st response should be welcome w/ a ? re the post.....when they reply go ahead & try to help them...but not before....i really get irritated with no response....good luck to you, thanks for flyertalk.....
