Thank you...one more question please. When is the best time to combine and make "Family Account" ? Should I wait until all miles are in place? Spouse and I have both spent $2,000 but no miles are posted yet.
Based on my personal experience, it is seamless to open an Household Account and the only caveat I paid attention to is outlined in the T&C. See below:
16.1.7 Once a Household Account is established, new member(s) may not be added or existing member(s) removed more than once every six months. A Household Account may not be dissolved or re-established more than once every six months.
Be sure to add ALL your household members during the initial setup process. Once the account is active (which should be immediate), you will see the total when you login. Any new additional miles will automatically show up.
I will follow up on the 22nd or thereabouts once I see if my second 50K miles are added to my statement per my original assumption.
