Yes, 50 minutes will be plenty of time, United's operation in Denver is all on one terminal, with a 10 minute walk to any gate. Also, April is outside of snow season here in DEN so you should be alright weather wise. I depart from Denver so haven't had any experience connecting, but I always seem to arrive back on schedule.
