I finally received my card yesterday approximately six weeks after the initial application. It was delayed because Chase wanted me to submit extra information to validate my address, income, etc.

I was disappointed to discover that my new card doesn't have my BA Executive Club number printed on it despite the fact that I included in on the original application. Has anyone else had this problem?
