Not generally - we sometimes schedule LIFO (more or less, but under 24 hours,) overnights (e.g. SFO-ORD <RON> ORD-NRT or -ORD-BRU, or SMF-DFW <RON> DFW-CZM with no problem or extra fees or higher fares. On one flight set, we RON at Chicago on a fully booked flight to NRT - next day was a snow day and the 777 left half empty to NRT, but we were on it.
