You will not get residuals on Type AB certificates.
As for the E+ amount, if you purchased it at the time of ticket booking, you should see the cost reflected in your voucher:
"For seat upgrades purchased on united.com at the time of booking involving a ticket exchange, the value of the seat upgrade will be incorporated into the ticket refund."
