This is my first transpac flight. I have a nice aisle seat upstairs in business class. I'm curious how the meal system works on this flight in bus class. It leaves SFO at 10:40pm....do they serve a full dinner once we take off? How are the rest of the meals spaced out over the 12 hour flight? Thank you.
Full dinner is served.
A pre-arrival "breakfast" is served.
Mid-flight snacks are available in the galley.
Food service is similar to the ORD/IAD to NRT flights (except no Japanese meal).
IIRC, they're still using plastic silverware to SYD (per Australian regulations).
