My understanding is that they were the airline's response to businesses banning domestic F travel in the US, and are bookable via aa.com.

Choose "Instant Upgrade" when the fare choices come up and you have the right fare bucket.

Farecompare is a great site that llows you to identify the best locations for YUP or KUP fares for a MR
