I just checked the fare basis from Orbitz and it came up as TA14B3SA. As far as I can tell there is no mention of this itinerary not being eligible for MQM. It's not the greatest mileage run on Delta (.5/mile) but being a hub city captive it's one of the better ones that I've seen.

I may just call Orbitz to see if they can confirm that the flights are eligbile for MQM and then book the ticket. Thanks for everyone's responses.
