Several years ago I was in La Jolla, CA at a restaurant called the Marine Room. They make a Caesar Salad table side and all the waiters had to go through a Caesar Salad school. Well our waiter happened to let it slip while he was making our salad that he had failed Caesar salad school ...the whole thing was funny and we took it as a joke. When he finished making the salad (took about 15 min) his boss came over and inspected and said, "Not enough anchovy." and made him redo the whole thing. whole process was extremely entertaining and now when we get one we make sure that our waiter has passed Caesar Salad school.
