Depending on your choice of stuffing and preferences, there are so many varieties of authentic Chinese wonton soups. I think you are referring to Cantonese style wonton with Chinese BBQ (叉燒) in the soup.
If you can't find what you like in
Little Taipei or any
other Chinatowns in LA, you may also try
Do-It-Yourself.
