YYZ should learn from YVR: free wifi, free trolleys, free telescopes for watching planes, free observation area, free flight sim (kind of), trains to downtown, lower landing fee, lower food prices at food court, faster luggage from plane to terminal, etc.
I absolutely agree with the with the luggage trolleys. Ridiculous to have to pay for that. Even a crippled LAX TBIT offers free carts on arrival at baggage claim.
