Yeah, I did that (but now know better thanks to this site).

I was very happy with my choice of business class on my last ride once I started hearing the conductor announcing repeatedly that "every seat will be full" and "one PAX, one seat" -- obviously referring to coach since business was almost empty. Wish they had something better to snack on in the morning but it's better than nothing.
