Say what you will about how they eviscerated elite benefits, you have to admit the run-up to the merger of the FF accounts was very well communicated and executed. So we know they can manage this better if they want to.
If someone types in www.nwa.com it will just be redirected to www.delta.com. They won't get an error message. I agree that it will be confusing for some (many?) but that is how Delta operates. Accept it or leave, like other aspects of their operation.
