They should have announced this weeks ago with a FAQ to let pax know what will happen to reservations previously booked on nwa.com, what capabilities might not be immediately available on delta.com, plans to upgrade delta.com, etc. If they are really shutting the web site down at the end of the month they are careening toward a massive CS cluster f***.

Say what you will about how they eviscerated elite benefits, you have to admit the run-up to the merger of the FF accounts was very well communicated and executed. So we know they can manage this better if they want to.
