Cueball is right-on: get a number, then getting the exception later will be easier. The gerneal rule is they will go back 30 days on AA flights, 0 days on other carrier credit. But it is possible, you may get that one rep who will say tuff luck. But I dont believe so. I think you will be okay if you go ahead and take care of business.
